The Role:
Our Client a leading company is looking for a Product Manager to be part of our marketplace and Digital Payment Products Team. The vision of this team is to satisfy our customer’s transactional needs through secure, simple and convenient digital technologies, making digital their channel of choice.
This dynamic position will work in a highly collaborative environment with an ability to influence the future products and services that Agrofy offers online, mobile, via tablet and other digital platforms. The position will offer an opportunity to:
Manage and develop digital product(s) across channels (i.e., online, smartphone, tablet, etc.), with a focus on agrofy Pay and transactions..
Engage with and build relationships with multiple LOBs (lines of businesses, and other Digital Services areas (e.g., technology, PMO, user experience, operations, risk & control..etc.)
Provide direct input into company ‘s Digital Product Development roadmap, including the execution timelines.
Be part of a team that launches new or first to market digital capabilities that benefit our customers
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the product roadmap/pipeline, gaining input from various stakeholders
Monitor against agreed goals and benchmarks, identifying, scoping and finding implementation paths for needed enhancements, and creating remediation plans when needed
Act as business relationship manager for the product, working with various internal Agrofy LOBs
Publish monthly dashboards summarizing the overall health of the product, industry and competitive trends and the voice of the customer
Develop business cases for new products and product enhancements to enable prioritization and justify investments into new and existing products.
Conduct periodic product performance reviews with key stakeholders (plan vs. actual, key milestones/deliverables, management focus items, etc)
Conduct and maintain an industry assessment that provides detailed insights into the competitive landscape and best practices
Monitor the day-to-day and monthly health of the product (scorecards, volumes, problems)
Monitor any product change request and assist when required in resolving production related problems
Conduct pre-release reviews which could include regression testing and QA to certify the release as production ready
Work with 3rd party vendors/ partners to enhance product offering
Work with cross-functional partners to strengthen product controls, compliance, and risk environment
Use prioritization tools to deliver the best feature that needs to be developed.
Lead the team of analysts driving product results, and alignment, towards the main targets and product strategy.
Qualifications:
The requirements for this role are as follows:
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s/MBA degree preferred
5+ years of relevant experience working in a product management or related role
Digital product launch and lifecycle management experience required
Financial industry and Payments background is highly desirable
Innovative, forward thinker with strong communications skills required
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives to completion under concurrent, rigorous, and regulatory deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present fact-based recommendations in a clear, logical, and concise way: “tell a story” with data.
Strong presentation skills and ease with effective communication with all levels of management and partners from a variety of business functions
Ability to develop and communicate product development business cases using financial models is desirable.
